Friday 1/26 Update
What an opening weekend! Thanks to everyone who came out. This weekend, we plan on skiing Saturday, 1/27 - Sunday, 1/28, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, with Season Pass holders and Indy Pass holders getting first tracks from 9:00 am - 10 am.
Lift Operations
We've had some staffing challenges, but we'll do our best to run Poma 1 to the top and the T-bar both days. We have immediate openings for lift operators. If you know anyone who might be interested, let them know. Details here: https://skihickory.com/pages/employment

Conditions
Being a natural snow mountain, operations at Hickory are always weather-dependent. We received a few inches of fresh snow overnight, but rain might move in over the next day or so. It should clear out for the weekend, and we'll be looking at temperatures in the high 30s. We also plan on grooming some of the lower mountain.
Uphill
Hickory is always open for uphill skinning/snowshoe access. Please stick to the uphill route shown on our trail map. https://skihickory.com/pages/trail-map
A $10 fee per day is payable at the Mountain Access Kisosk near the parking area. A signed waiver is also required. You can download the waiver here: https://skihickory.com/waiver
