The Lodge
Our main lodge space is two-tiered, with the lower featuring a circular fireplace and the upper providing mountainside views. Our standard furniture staging is casual, consisting of picnic tables and benches, all movable for any arrangement. Additionally, we have high-top tables and stools. Our bar area on the main level features a kegerator and upright beverage cooler, bar, and seating. The main lodge area is permitted for 100 occupancy. There is a fully equipped and permitted commercial kitchen with café seating and multi-stall restrooms.
Johnny B's
Now available for rent for your meetings, gatherings, and parties for 40 or fewer. With a casual lounge feel, Johnny B's is an excellent place for conversations, breaking out for small group discussions. It features a convenient bar, pub table and bar seating, free wifi, and a large-screen TV set up for conferencing or viewing your favorite sports.
Outdoor Space
Located on close to 700 acres of the Adirondack forest preserve, the property operates as a ski area in winter months with groomed slopes and vintage surface lifts and has extensive backcountry skiing terrain. Spring, summer, and fall, the area offers a professional-level disc golf course and hiking trails to three separate peaks of the Three Sisters Range, with distinct views of the confluence of the Hudson and Schroon Rivers, the High Peaks, and the Southern Adirondacks and the Green Mountains. We have an outside deck that extends the length of the lodge with an additional stage deck. The lodge is oriented to the mountain, providing a natural amphitheater for music events. Over an acre of parking is available, free of charge for contracted events.
