Online Print-on-Demand Merchandise

All online products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. All online print-on-demand merchandise sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. Please contact us and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Mountain Shop Merchandise

We offer a selection of Hickory apparel and gear at out shop located in the main lodge at Hickory Ski Center. New, unused and unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. All returns must take place at Hickory during operating hours.

Tickets & Passes

Hickory is a natural snow mountain with no snow-making. Our operating schedule is WEATHER DEPENDANT. All season pass and day ticket purchases are final. No exchanges or refunds.

Electronic gift cards for use on our online store. After purchase, an electronic gift card with a unique promo code will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

Gift Cards/Certificates

Electronic gift cards may be used online only—not at the ticket counter or mountain shop. Physical gift certificates for use at the ticket counter and mountain shop may be purchased at the mountain during operating hours. All gift card/certificate sales are final and may not be returned or redeemed for cash value.
