Here is a schedule of events for Friday, 6/16, and Saturday, 6/17.
Friday 6/16: Early Check-In: 4:00 pm -7:00 pm
Barbecue will be available for purchase at Three Sisters Café, and if you pre-registered online ($35 ticket), you may check in early and pick up your welcome packet with a t-shirt. You may also check in early if you purchased the $10 Event Ticket online (no t-shirt). When you check in on Friday night, you will get a wristband allowing you direct entry to the event on Saturday.
Saturday 6/17 Day of the Event: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
If hiking, please plan on arriving between 10:00 am - 10:30 am to check in. The hikes start promptly at 11:00 am. The Bands, Brews, and Barbecue party will begin at 1:00 pm. We will have two live bands, a bounce house, raffle auction, FREE giveaways throughout the day, and great food and drinks available for purchase.
Rain or Shine
We will be moving forward with the event, rain or shine, so check the forecast and prepare accordingly. You may need to bring rain gear and dry clothes if you plan to hike. We will have the party inside our historic lodge if it is raining.
